Rather than teaching statistical techniques or presenting analytic “rules,” the experience immerses learners in a realistic decision-making scenario that requires interpretation, judgment, and disciplined reasoning.

The experience emphasizes how population composition, enrollment shifts, and structural context influence reported outcomes over time. It was intentionally designed as a non-graded, non-compliance learning experience, prioritizing analytical judgment and real-world decision transfer over technical instruction. The module is structured as a short, scenario-driven professional development experience rather than a traditional training course.

Navigation was designed to feel intentional and respectful of the learner’s judgment. The experience concludes with a clear end-state rather than a forced restart or completion screen.
