About Me

I’m Deborah Hendrickson, an instructional designer with 15+ years of experience in education and an MBA in business.

My career began in education, where I developed a strong foundation in learner-centered design, content development, and facilitation.

Over time, I transitioned into instructional design to integrate education, business strategy, and visual communication—creating performance-focused learning solutions that align with organizational goals and support meaningful outcomes.
